Kevin B. Smith, Utility Construction Manager- Has over 30 years electrical pole/line experience and 15 years foreman/management experience. He started with E&R and then moved to the Town of Stantonburg, where he was the Electrical Superintendent. He was instrumental in the implementation of the Tri-Town feeder that has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars to the towns and its citizenry. He is a founding member of East Coast Power & Lighting, LLC, since inception in 2007. He has also taken part in numerous storm responses across the US. Competent Person. First Aid/CPR GRME6W

Stacy A. Heath, Electrical Operations Manager- Has over thirty years electrical interior/exterior premise and campus experience and twenty years management experience. He worked under the direction of Master Electrician, Mercer A. Heath of Heath Electric Company, Inc. as an Apprentice, Journeyman and Foreman for over twenty years. He has a very diverse electrical and communications background. He is a US Navy Veteran that graduated from Lenoir Community College with an Associates in Arts. He holds an Unlimited Electrical License and Public Utilities Electrical License in the state of North Carolina. He is certified in Data Communications specialist and Fiber Optic design and installations. Competent Person. First aid/CPR GRME6V
